Houston, LSU, New Orleans

Before leaving Texas we stopped in Houston at a place called Lankford Cafe. Little hole in the wall place that was featured on Food networks diners drive-ins and dives. Maybe the best burger I have ever had. Huge juicy patty with cheddar cheese, bacon, mac and cheese, jalepenos, and fried egg. (Obviously I had one with no egg). John got a salad. Who does that? We go out of our way to possibly the best burger place in the country and john gets a tossed salad with grilled chicken on top. Maybe he likes tossing salads. I dont know. His arteries are going to be less clogged than the rest of ours but #YOLO. Taylors mom told us too clean them out with booze on Bourbon street so we did just that.

We then took off for Lousiana. Check Taylors vines, obviously we were jamming out to Louisiana Bayou by DMB while going through. I have never seen anything like this bayou. We probably drove an hour through the biggest swamp I have ever seen. Definitely google it if you don't know what it is. So crazy.

LSU was pretty cool. Got a tour of the campus. The football and basketball stadium's were crazy. Tried to steal Mike VI the LSU Tiger but he didn't look too happy. Shaq has a statue behind the basketball stadium. Pretty cool. He's huge.

We made a late night trip to New Orleans and stayed at a hotel. Went out and walked around Bourbon Street. Some of the strangest people I have ever seen. Weirdest combination of weird old drunk white people, college kids, and homeless people. Everyones begging you for money. We saw Spirits on Bourbon which was on Bar Rescue last year which is one of my favorite shows. Pretty cool. Got a hand grenade which is a very famous drink. Taylor was affected a lot quicker than the rest of us. Taylor flashed some girls and got beads thrown on him.

Great quote from last night:
Taylor: "what time does Bourbon street close?"
Local store owner: "it never closes. Well maybe a hurricane will shut it down for a little bit, but it never closes"

Walked around French Quarter this morning. Very cool history. Got lunch at another famous Tv place called Johnny's Po Boys.

Saw the Superdome on the way out. Very cool history. Patriots first super bowl victory and of course the home to thousands during hurricane katrina.

Notes
- New catchphrase: ITAT
- We pulled off the craziest audible. Taylors acting skills and Harrys googling ability really attributed to the success. Cant talk about it here. Ask us in person if you really want to know.
- Due to said audible, Mark couldnt get a "Geaux Tigers" shirt. Hes pissed.
- car is starting to smell

Shoutouts:
- Kelsey "Koz" Koswick. Saved our asses. We love you.
- Vinayak, Trevor, Biddies (again). Good to hear from you boys. See you next week.
- Cori Semple. Congrats on your last day of your internship!
- Mikey Huntington. Keep killing it at the crater. Just like your older bro
- last minute shoutout to my mom Mandy for sending us our progress so far:

On our way to 'Bama now. Roll Tide.
